About Me

My name is Grace and I was born and raised in Victoria, BC, Canada. I still live at home with my parents and will do so until I can afford to live on my own. I’ve been known to be shy when you first meet me but then I tend to open up after awhile. My hobbies include: reading, watching anime and movies, knitting, cross stitching, working on my website and playing World of Warcraft. And of course Farmville and Cafe World on Facebook hehe.

I’ve been around computer since I was 12 and I taught myself HTML at age 14 although I wasn’t very good at it back then. I did eventually take a course in Web Design at CDI College but I never found work in it here. And I just liked doing it for my own personal web site, not anyone else.

I worked in the restaurant business as a cook for 6 years, but after 6 years I realized it was not what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. So I went back to school and took the Medical Office Assistant Course at Camosun College and graduated in 2009. I’ve struggled to find work in the field but I’ve temped at a few places and hopefully I’ll find a permanent home soon!
